01The Course

MABERT Foundations is where a practitioner learns to hold the whole person. It is the grounding programme for everything the model asks: to see emotion, physiology, behaviour and relationships as one system, and to work with that system with care and precision.

Foundations is taught in three parts, studied in sequence. Each part deepens the last, moving from clear seeing, to steadying the system, to change that endures. Learning is paced for people who intend to practise, not only to know: structured teaching alongside a supervised practicum, so that competence is built and observed, not assumed.

Graduates complete Foundations able to work with the model’s core capacities, and are prepared to continue toward certified practice.

    Foundations I

    Seeing clearly

    The ground of the work. Reading internal states and the patterns beneath them, and making sense of the behaviours, beliefs and conditions that shape them.

    Working with the body and nervous system. Returning to stability under load, and building the capacity to adapt, recover and stay present through difficulty.
