Take Part
Be part of what we learn.
The science of wellbeing moves forward through people willing to take part. If you are curious about how you regulate, adapt, connect and recover, there is a place for you in this work.
01Why Take Part
What you give, and what you gain.
Contribute to real knowledge
Wellbeing science advances through people willing to be studied. What you share helps build an evidence base that did not exist before.
Understand your own patterns
Taking part often means seeing your own regulation, resilience and relationships more clearly. Participants frequently learn something about themselves.
See what we are learning
Participants follow the findings first, through Field Notes and study summaries written in plain language, not locked behind a journal.
Help widen access
The methods validated with participants become the training and programmes that reach many more people. Your involvement compounds.
02What Is Involved
On your terms, with your consent.
- It is always voluntary
- You choose what to take part in, and you can withdraw at any time, for any reason, without explanation.
- It ranges from light to deep
- Some studies are a short questionnaire. Others are structured programmes over weeks. You decide what fits your life.
- It is handled with care
- Informed consent, confidentiality and participant welfare come first, always. See our governance and ethics.
03Register Your Interest
We are building our participant community now.
Formal studies open in stages. By registering your interest, you join the group we invite first as new studies and programmes begin, matched to what suits you. No commitment is made by registering, and your details are never shared.
To take part
Tell us a little about yourself and we will be in touch as studies open.
