Support the Work

Help build the institution wellbeing deserves.

An honest, enduring science of human flourishing will not build itself. Philanthropic support in these founding years decides how far, and how fast, the work can go.

01Why It Matters

The need is enormous. The infrastructure is not yet built.

Wellbeing is studied in parts and delivered in fragments. The Institute exists to study it as a whole and to translate what it learns into methods people can be taught and trusted with. That is patient, unglamorous, institution-building work: the kind that rarely funds itself early, and matters most when it is done well.

The foundation is real: more than 1,500 individuals supported and 50 or more workshops delivered across India, New Zealand and Australia. Support is what turns that foundation into formal research, a trained profession, and access at scale.

02What Support Unlocks

Where your support goes.

Formalise the research
Turn three decades of practice into structured studies, common instruments and a peer-reviewed working-paper series: the evidence base for integrated wellbeing.
Expand certification
Train and certify more practitioners in the MABERT model, with particular emphasis on women building skilled careers as wellbeing leaders.
Build digital learning
Develop technology-enabled programmes so that validated methods reach more people, in more places, with fidelity.
Widen access
Extend evidence-informed wellbeing support to communities, schools and workplaces that would not otherwise reach it.

03Ways to Support

Partnerships suited to how you give.

Founding patrons

Philanthropists who choose to underwrite the Institute in its founding years, and help shape what a serious wellbeing-research institution becomes.

Institutional & grant funding

Foundations and funders supporting specific studies, the working-paper series, or the measurement programme that lets practice at scale generate data.

Programme sponsorship

Organisations funding access to certified wellbeing programmes for a community, workforce or student population.
